*** We have found an error on the foundation patterns for the Flying Geese on Blocks 20 & 22. The beak of the last goose has fallen 1/4″ so the angle is incorrect on pieces A14 and A15!

The pattern file has been corrected…….

  3. Uh oh
hate to say it….but we have a mistake on the paper piecing pattern with units a14 and a15 angle is off I thought it was my eyes but I took out a ruler and they are crooked. sorry :(

  4. Thank you, thank you – fixed it!

  5. The link to download the pattern doesn’t work. I tried it several times. Maybe something happened after you corrected it?

    • Just tested the link and it seems to be okay now. Let us know if you’re still having trouble.

  6. Pages 7 and 9 inch scale is measuring less than one inch…even though printing as suggested. The scale is drawn very close to the right hand edge. Could you place it more away from the edge? It may effect the measurement?

  7. I’m working on block 19. I’ve made the 32 half square triangles and sewn them into pairs. Am I missing something, because it seems that there are no instructions for making the 2nd part that goes onto the corner square A and that I should have sewn half of the half square triangles together opposite of the other ones.Does all this make sense? I’m loving this project- thanks for all your work!

    • I’m working on this block too and have found what appears to be the same omission. But I think I can put it together based on the illustration in the middle of the page.

      • thanks, Pam! Just mostly wanted to make sure I wasn’t missing something. THe illustrations are great and VERY helpful.
